2. In the top field, select the type of form you need to file for your organization and the tax filing year.

3. Enter your organization's Employer Identification Number (EIN), also known as Tax Identification Number (TIN), in the EIN Number field.

4. Enter your email address in the Email field.
5. Once the appropriate information is entered in the three fields, click the button to Get started now.
